Located centrally in Elyria is our Harrison St. property. It’s on the corner with our East River St. property. The neighborhood consist of a total of 12 apartments. Each apartment has it’s own designated covered parking car port.
At Harrison St., we have 4 townhouse apartments included in this classic colonial style brick building. Each apartment is about 700 sq. ft. and includes a washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator and window A/C unit. Utilities are billed separately so add approx. $160 monthly to the basic $550 apartment rental cost to cover utilities.
Two bedrooms and one bath are located on the second floor. Downstairs there is a living room and kitchen area. Off the kitchen is a 6 ft. sliding glass door that leads to your own patio area. You are surrounded by trees, so the short walk from the car port to your apartment is well lite and keeps you in perfect contact with Mother Nature.
